About two weeks ago I finally graduated high school (aka hell). It wasn't all bad but you definitely couldn't pay me to go through the past four years again. And in true class of 2020 fashion our first graduation got cancelled due to poor weather so when we finally made it to our makeup date I just wanted the ceremony, something we have waited forever for, to just be over with. I do still remember walking in to Clear Falls on my first day of freshman year like it was yesterday. Or meeting one of my lifelong best friends in sophomore year chemistry. Junior year was a blur of complete hell but I made it through to senior year, the best year. I made so many memories this year it is unbelievable. In the end, high school did shape me into the person I am today, and even though it was incredibly difficult to grow in such an environment, it was necessary. Our class definitely missed out on a traditional senior year, but everything happens for a reason and someday we'll see why this happened to us. As I looked around at my fellow class mates at graduation I could see we were all diverging onto different paths. Some will go to trade school or college and work a regular job for the rest of their lives. Others will go on to change the world. We all have a purpose and we all impacted each others lives. As each person walked across the stage a memory I had of them would play in my mind and I realized we all made an impression on each other. I have also come to realize how sad it is that graduation was the last moment for the kids who peaked in high school to get attention, you could tell exactly who they were. I am beyond grateful I was not one of them because I'm going on to better things. This is just the beginning. Next stop L.A.!!!
